Nick Williams
Inspired by his time in, on and around the water, local Newport artist Nick Williams created paintings in acrylic and epoxy depicting naturalist scenes. Each frame is custom made to complement each piece by Nick. His painted work is inspired by his photography taken in day to day life.
Williams is a self-taught artist who credits his passion for art to his teachers Many Howe and Susie Field at Pennfield School and Richard Carbotti at Roger’s High School. He has been a member of the DeBlois Gallery for 4 years and notably won “Best in Show” in their 2024 Open Show.
