The Newport Photo Guild has arranged for a display of photographs at Innovate Newport which houses a variety of start-ups. small companies and provides working space for individuals. The meeting rooms at Innovate Newport provide a location for local organizational meetings, networking and events.

This is an opportunity for NPG to experiment with displaying photographs in new and interesting public spaces. To launch this new approach, we plan to offer the space to three NPG members to display series of 5-6 photographs each.

Members will submit their request to be included in this inaugural exhibit that will run from January-May 2025. The NPG Leadership Team will curate and select the photographers for this exhibit. Exhibiting members will participate in the hanging of their work. Assuming this first exhibit is successful, we will offer opportunities for additional NPG members to display their work in subsequent exhibits.

There will be no charge for displaying at Innovate Newport. All work should be available for sale. The photographer will retain 80% of the sale with the remaining 20% going to NPG.

Digital images are due: December 15. Framed images are due: January 11 (time TBD)
